Metallica vs. Download

I find it rather amusing that Metallica are about to headline the DOWNLOAD festival. I wonder if they are going to sue some people in the crowd for drawing a Metallica logo on their T-shirts?

They might have won the lawsuit against Napster a few years back, causing it to become an all-paid program AND banning hundreds of horny teenaged kids from downloading their songs, BUT the most memorable Metallica/Napster moment will always remain the face of Lars Ulrich at the '00 MTV VMA's, when Shawn Fanning (the father of Napster) got on stage with a Metallica shirt.

Now remember, kids: SHARING'S ONLY FUN WHEN IT'S NOT YOUR STUFF. Right, Lars?
